The service

थोक pe. lets wholesalers ("stores") publish a catalogue, approve the retailers they sell to ("customers"), take and manage orders, and keep records of stock and payments.

थोक pe. is software. Sales happen directly between the store and its customers: the store is the seller, sets its prices and terms, and is responsible for its products, delivery, invoices and taxes.

Accounts

You sign in with a mobile number you control and must give accurate business details. Keep your phone and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Stores decide which customers to approve, suspend or remove, and may pause ordering at any time.

Plans and billing (stores)

New stores get a 15-day free trial. After that a paid plan (currently Starter at ₹499 per month or Business at ₹999 per month) keeps all features available; prices shown in the app at the time of payment apply.

Plans are prepaid monthly and do not renew automatically. If a plan is not renewed, the store keeps working for 7 days; after that, new orders and catalogue changes pause until renewal, while existing paid orders can still be fulfilled and data is kept.

Plan payments are processed by Razorpay. Customers never pay to use थोक pe.

Payments between stores and customers

Stores may record payments received outside the app or connect their own Razorpay account so customers can pay online. Online payments settle directly to the store's account; थोक pe. does not hold or transfer this money and is not a party to the sale.

Acceptable use

Do not use थोक pe. for illegal goods, fraud, spam, or to collect data about other users. Do not try to access other stores’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of the products, photos and business information you add. You allow us to store and show them to the people you share them with, to run the service.

Liability

We work to keep थोक pe. available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SitioLabs is not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between stores and customers.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will notify stores of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
