Delete your थोक pe. account

You can ask SitioLabs to delete your थोक pe. account and the personal information linked to it.

  1. Email sales@sitiolabs.in from any address, with the subject “Delete my थोक pe. account”.
  2. Include the mobile number you sign in with.
  3. We confirm the request by sending a message to that number, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, name, contact details, addresses, notification tokens and your customer or staff memberships in every store.

What is kept

Records that the law requires stores or us to keep — orders, invoices and payment records — are kept for up to 8 years with your personal details removed or reduced to what the law requires, and then deleted. If you own a store, its orders and payments with other customers are kept for those customers and for tax purposes.
