Questions wholesalers and retailers ask
Do retailers pay anything?
No. Retailers use थोक pe. free. Only wholesalers choose a plan after the 15-day trial.
Can I show different prices to different shops?
Yes. Put shops in price groups or set special rates. Each shop only sees its own price.
How do my customers pay me?
Any way you already use — UPI, bank transfer or cash, recorded in the app. Connect your own Razorpay and they can also pay online, with the money going straight to your bank.
What happens if I don't renew?
You get 7 days of grace with everything working. After that, new orders and catalogue changes pause, but paid orders can still be fulfilled and all your data is kept.
Can my staff use it?
Staff logins are coming soon: staff will take orders and manage stock without seeing billing. Every plan already includes them.
Is it available on iPhone?
